At our medical facility, we aim to provide you with the best possible care—care that we would expect for ourselves. Based on our knowledge and experience, the standard covered by health insurance companies is insufficient and does not ensure long-term functionality. Therefore, we strive to apply procedures and treatments that reflect current advances in dentistry and that can stand the test of time, ensuring the longest possible health of your teeth under the given conditions.

The most important factor in dental care is cooperation between the dentist and the patient, especially the patient’s own care. Most complications in the oral cavity arise primarily from inadequate oral hygiene and the resulting gum inflammation. It is therefore essential to first improve oral hygiene and eliminate this inflammation. The level of hygiene can be reliably assessed using the so-called PBI (Papillary Bleeding Index), which evaluates gum bleeding. For long-term good oral hygiene, this index should not exceed a value of 20 during examinations. During the initial visits to our clinic, dental hygiene will therefore be adjusted, including instruction, selection of appropriate tools, and training in proper cleaning techniques. After completing this phase, the treatment plan can be implemented.

According to the applicable laws of the Czech Republic, the warranty period is defined only for dental products (crowns, bridges, dentures, etc.) for a duration of 24 months. No statutory warranty applies to dental treatments such as fillings, root canal treatments, and similar procedures.

We provide our patients with an extended warranty on treatments for a period of 24 months after completion of the work, provided that the following conditions are met:

1. Regular attendance at preventive check-ups twice a year
2. Regular attendance at dental hygiene appointments: during treatment as instructed by the dentist or dental hygienist, at least twice a year; after stabilization and completion of treatment, at least once a year
3. The gum bleeding index will never exceed 20
4. Treatment is carried out according to the proposed treatment plan, including the treatment schedule

If any of the above conditions are not met, only the statutory warranty applies.

The warranty applies solely to the dental product itself and does not cover:

1. The need to extend treatment or a change in diagnosis
2. Cracked roots following root canal treatment
3. Wear and tear of products caused by normal use
4. Defects resulting from improper use by the patient or caused by the patient or external factors (e.g., trauma)
5. Cases where the dental procedure or product was modified during the warranty period at a dental practice other than our clinic or in a different dental laboratory
6. Situations where the product no longer corresponds to the patient’s health condition solely because the patient’s health status has changed
